My Bass VI is 30" scale (to long for bari, IMO) and too low tuned (E-E is a happy place for it), and my Ibanez RG 7 string is too short (at 25.5") and different (well, 7 strings). I already have a Strat body and all necessary parts laying around and have always wanted to make a proper baritone. MIM and seems that the profile and features will be right in line with the Standards/Players necks and should just bolt/screw right on to a typical neck pocket.
